Tests of Faith — Gameplay & Essence FAITH

Each Test of Faith lasts ~1 minute. Believers deploy SUI into a 25-block grid. When the Test ends, Sui's deterministic RNG selects a winning block. All winning positions split the entire losing SUI, Soul Age updates, Radiance and Miracle systems adjust, and winners mine Essence FAITH.

Essence FAITH — Primary Emission

Whenever you win SUI in a Test of Faith, you also mine Essence FAITH: unrefined FAITH that mirrors your SUI winnings 1:1 and enters your Radiance balance. It does not mint immediately — it grows over time through Radiance, and only mints when you claim FAITH, resetting your Soul Age.

Tokenomics — The Supply of FAITH

FAITH's economy rests on three pillars: Essence FAITH (primary, game-driven emission), Miracle FAITH (fixed Sacred Staircase emission), and Redistribution FAITH (buybacks, burns, staking). Only Essence and Miracle create new FAITH — everything else recycles existing supply.

Miracle & Pilgrimage — Divine Variance

Miracle is the divine jackpot, paying out FAITH weighted by Soul Age. Pilgrimage is a SUI vault that blesses winners during Miracle droughts.

  • • Payout enters Radiance as unrefined FAITH — not instant wallet balance.
  • • Rounds with zero winners never tighten odds and never reset the jackpot.

Pilgrimage — Blessings in drought

When Miracle does not hit on a round that has winners, Pilgrimage releases a small SUI blessing — around 2% of its balance per drought Test, paid only to that round's winners. If there are zero winners, drought does not advance and Pilgrimage does not drip.

Radiance & Soul Age — Patience Engines

Radiance is a time-weighted refinement system where claims pay a 10% fee that is recycled into everyone else's unrefined FAITH. Soul Age is the number of valid Tests of Faith you've played since your last FAITH claim — a round-based patience score that only grows on successfully settled, real entries.

Soul Age only resets when you claim FAITH. SUI-only claims do not reset it. You are never punished for recycling SUI into the next Test — only for cashing out your FAITH.

Staking — The Blessings Curve

While Soul Age measures patience within gameplay, the Blessings Curve measures patience in staking. Buybacks convert SUI → FAITH; 90% is burned and 10% is paid to stakers — scaled by your Blessings multiplier, up to a 2.5× cap.

69% reset rule

If you unstake 69% or more of your current staked FAITH, your Blessings multiplier resets. Partial withdrawals below this threshold do not reset your blessings.

Gasless, sponsor-backed claims

Claims are submitted by a backend relayer or sponsor (e.g. Enoki) for UX: players press Claim, the server builds the transaction and pays gas. Contracts enforce all reward logic — the relayer cannot change outcomes or amounts, only delay or censor. Over time this power moves to multi-sig / DAO.
