  • 0.2% → Pilgrimage (SUI blessings during Miracle droughts)
  • 0.8% → Ops (gas, infra, narrative events)

Sacred Staircase (Emission Phases)

FAITH mints along a stepped emission curve. Each "stair" fixes FAITH per Test until its Test range is exhausted, then the Staircase descends to the next step.
